Jamie Morgan, LPC, is the author of Master of Circumstance and founder of MFC Mastery Group and My Family Counseling, a leading therapy practice serving the greater St. Louis area. A Navy veteran and former Air Traffic Controller, Jamie brings clarity, candor, and conviction into every space he steps into—whether it’s a counseling session, a keynote stage, or a podcast mic.
Raised in a steel town by a single mom and never knowing his father, Jamie knows what it means to fight for identity, healing, and purpose. He lived the victim mindset—and clawed his way out. Today, he helps others do the same by blending raw life experience with clinical insight to deliver practical, no-fluff strategies for real transformation.
